There are a few things that can help with floaters in the eye, but one of the best remedies is also good for dry eyes.
What are Eye Floaters?
Before I discuss a remedy, you may want to know what floaters are. Floaters are small, dark spots that appear in your field of vision. They are usually caused by debris in the vitreous, the clear, jelly–like substance that fills the inside of your eye. Floaters can also be caused by changes in the vitreous as you age. Some people have a protein tissue breakdown in their eyeball, while others do not.
The remedy for this is liquid MSM. MSM stands for Methylsulfonylmethane and you can find it at most local stores.
MSM is known to be good for joint lubrication and good for your skin, hair, and nails. This is powerful for hydrating the eye, cleaning it and reducing inflammation caused by allergies.
Many people have dry eye and don‘t know what to do about it. Using MSM can actually lead to the eye becoming more elastic and softer, as well as providing nutrition.
I highly recommend trying this if you have these problems.
