What is dirty fasting?

Dirty fasting is a type of intermittent fasting that doesn‘t involve any specific food restrictions. The only rule is that you can only consume water and noncaloric beverages during your fasting periods. This approach is considered to be more relaxed than other types of fasting, and it‘s often used as a way to ease into fasting for beginners.

Does green tea break a fast?

If your goal is losing weight, I don’t see any issue with consuming vitamins during your fast. In fact I promote that you do consume vitamins.
