I remember growing up and being in great shape. I was one of the best wrestlers in my state. I excelled at football and even won a National Powerlifting competition when I was in my early 20s. In 7th grade I recall seeing a middle-aged man and seeing how out of shape he looked and thinking that that would never happen to me.

Fast forward to my 30s, getting married, having kids, and having a career. I ended up yo-yoing with my weight. No longer did I have the time to workout as frequently. Also, my body started breaking down because of all the sports injuries I had when I was younger. It was becoming more and more difficult to keep my weight in check. I went on several diets over the years and just ended up falling back into the same habits.

Fast forward to my 40s and I started getting heart palpitations, severe inflammation and even thought I was going to need a CPAP machine because I developed sleep apnea.

You see, the hard reality is that aging is difficult. Your body doesn’t respond the way it used to when you were younger. I was no exception, but I found myself really interested in health and body hacking. So over years of scouring over tests and studying various methods for my own issues and ailments, I wanted to share what I have learned and how I overcame all my issues.

As I write this, I am in my late 40s. I no longer suffer from sleep apnea. My arthritis is under control due to lowering my own inflammation. I have adopted intermittent fasting, and I no longer yo-yo with my weight. I could go on and on with the health benefits of intermittent fasting, but that’s what this site is all about. I am happy to say that I now have a body most 20-year-old men would be envious of, and I feel like I have found a natural fountain of youth.

The world suffers from an obesity epidemic. Diabetes and heart disease are all preventable diseases that are taking people way too early. I personally don’t think that people want to feel like crap or be overweight. They just don’t have the right information or tools to accomplish their goals. This site contains a wealth of knowledge to help people who are interested in natural ways to feel healthier. I hope my site can help you overcome any health issues you’re experiencing.
